Deployment tests using ETICS

• Create a metapackage using ETICS for the component, as described here https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/EGEE/ProdInt#Creating_a_metapackage_with_ETIC
• add a script to the test commands in the configuration definition that does the following:
  • create a repo file with the yum repo generated by the etics remote build
  • launch the 'yum install ' command
