Release notes for patch #2562

This patch represents a bug fix release of WMS 3.1.100-1 (glite-wms_R_3_1_100), corresponding to savannah patch #1841

Etics configuration for patch 2562 is glite-wms_R_3_1_102 (locked), to be built against project configuration glite_branch_3_1_0_patch2562

Known issues:

Bug #40982 When a collection is aborted the "Abort" event should be logged for the sub-nodes as well/2

Bug #45707 The purger segfaults handling children of dag or collection

Bug #45389 wms proxy certificate expires while the purger is using it

Bug #46235 glite_wms_wmproxy_dirmanager sometimes crashes

Bug #47040 WM terminates upon uncaught exception during recovery

Bug #47150 glite-wms-wm script: problem when moving files from too much populated directories

Sometimes the submit command fails with this message:
