---+ ATLAS requirements for VOMS generic attributes

   * The Generic Attributes will be used in ATLAS to define nicknames
   * Each member should have an associated nickname
   * It should be possible to configure the system to accept/manage only unique Generic Attributes (nicknames)
   * Each nickname should be
      * Suggested by the system during the approval phase, on the basis of the AFS or NICE username at CERN of the member, and confirmed by the VO Manager
      * Visible by the users after their approval
   * Only the VO Manager should be able to modify the nickname, at any time
      * When a nickname is modified, a notification email should be sent to the user by the system
