LHCb requirements for generic attributes

- uniqness: pair-value unique if necessary (configurable)

- The nickname is defined per membership.

- a nickname is not linked to any group (same nickname for each group).

- the nickname is set by the VO administrator when he fills the "approval/deny" form.

- the nickname should be visible for the user when he displays his information.

- When the notification of approval is send to the user, the nickname info will be shown inside the E-mail.

- configuration of the LHCb VO to make a field "nickname" to be fill by the VO admin at the time of approval/deny process

- the field nickname could be changed only by the VO admin.

- any attribute should be consistent and checked.
